| We provide care and support to orphans
and vulnerable children by assisting the orphans who are affected and
Infected with HIV/AIDS, and the disadvantaged.
Children acquire formal and vocational schooling
Provide support to 600 orphans and vulnerable children for their basic
needs; health, Education, food and shelter.
Providing Psychosocial support to 600 orphans and vulnerable children
to meet their social and spiritual needs.
Equip volunteer caregivers with necessary skills and counseling
techniques
· Promote positive changes in the community in order to reduce risk
behaviors
Training leaders and pastors of local communities on their
leadership and stewardship role in the communities around them as
regards to HIV/AIDS.
Promotion of community dialogue on factors that contribute to
HIV/AIDS such as risk behaviors, traditional and cultural practice,
etc. through workshops and seminars.
Encouraging young people to abstinence and counseling them.
Developing simple and clear education messages and materials that can
be used by volunteers.
Advocacy and awareness seminars to the young people, opinion
leaders, politicians, traditional leaders to keep them informed on the
epidemic.
· Improve the quality of life for people infected and families
affected by HIV/AIDS.
Provision of Low cost shelter- to families with poor housing
structure with priority to affected homes.
Helping start income generating activities for families affected and
infected by HIV/AIDS.
Equipping families and caretakers with vocational skills and tools
that will enable then to be self-reliant.
Holding awareness seminars and short term courses on various
aspects of life to increase the information flow that help reduce on
the poverty level e.g. modern agriculture, malaria control simple book
keeping etc.
